I met with a number of agents at the property prior to selecting Neil. First of all, he spent the most time of any of the agents. As we went room by room, he pointed out the positive aspects of the house but also pointed out those areas that needed to be addressed from a cosmetic and “home inspection” stand point. His strong technical background avoided some issues that I would have had to address in the midst of the process. Neil helped us buy our first rental property. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I had Neil crawling around some pretty dark and dusty places and he always came up smiling!
